Being in the lending industry for 17 years I have had the opportunity to work with many different Real Estate Professionals. It is without question that Carol ranks in the very elite of agents. Her customer service is unmatchable and what is really wonderful to see is how much she truly cares for her clients. She puts her clients needs above all else and works incredibly hard to make things come together in an efficient and enjoyable manner. I consider myself blessed to work with Carol often and am very thankful for all that she does to make buying a home an enjoyable, rewarding experience for her clients. From a lending standpoint she is the best of the best to work with. However, I can also speak from a client standpoint too. Carol is the Real Estate Professional that my wife and I personally choose when buying or selling real estate because of her professionalism and how hard I see her work for her clients. We contacted Carol and had explained our situation. We were on a very short time schedule, absolutely no money to be able to put down for earnest money, home inspectors, etc. Even tho we were on a tight and short time schedule, we were still picky for homes. We wanted one specific town and told her exactly what we need in a home. She spent all night searching and called us early the next morning to confirm availability on home viewing appointments. As we were viewing homes, she had in mind that we couldn't afford a home inspector so she took it upon herself and inspected our home. Wearing heels and all, she got down under our home and in tight spaces just to make sure there was nothing wrong. She was very honest with EVERYTHING and left the decision up to us after telling us the downfalls. She saved us so much money. She pursued the sellers to pay all closing fees and bills for the first month of us being in the home. I highly recommend her! ?????????? 5 star rating!!

If you want the best there is look no further! Carol Maines lives up to any and all expectations you could ever have of a real estate agent. She commits 100% of her time and effort to you the moment you decide to work with her, and even when she has closed the deal she will still continue to go out of her way to take care of any questions or concerns you may have. I needed a house in a short amount of time and had a rough schedule to work with being in the military. Carol literally lost half of her finger in a bad accident and called to ask if I still wanted to be shown homes! With all these complications Carol still came through like a champion, and got me the home I wanted the most.
