ZillowVERIFIED Working with Carol was phenomenal! She took me on many showings, often in the same day. Carol paid attention to my wants, needs, and things I liked but were negotiable. She would point out the thing that were my must haves and then the things a house had (or didn't have) that I really liked and would ask if I was ok with that. i do not know the Tulsa area very well. Carol was so knowledgeable about the area and letting me know when I would send her an address that was further out than she knew I wanted. She did not suggest we don't see it, she would just let me know where it was located and distance from my desired location. Aside from her professionalism, Carol was an absolute delight to be around. I adore her! When we get our previous home ready, we will be using Carol to sell for us as well.

ZillowVERIFIED From the Beginning Carol was very professional and super nice what you would expect from someone that does this for a living. But were she stood out to me was when our first lender back out on us due to some oversite in my tax returns, within 30 mins Carol had called me with another lender on the phone to help pick right back up were the last lender left me. At that point I could see the true care that she had to give me and my family the best chance to see this house purchase go through. She was and is amazing at what she does. I know I couldn't have been her only client at the time but i felt like it the was she would respond to my text and call so fast. The process of buying a house is so stressful and dont plan on doing this again anytime soon, but when that time comes I will check and make sure Carol is around to help us out again!!!

Carol made sure she traveled to our property each time there was an inspection, or, an engineer. Further, she wouldn't let said person leave without calling me to give their report and take my questions. She gave us peace of mind knowing we truly had someone on our side!

She looked over contracts, negotiated upgrades and prices, and really made us feel secure in our decisions. She even made sure to be at our closing meeting when she had literally gotten off a plane 45 minutes earlier! She came straight from the airport! Thats what I call dedication. With her help we were able to push back the closing date until we were able to get a conventional loan. She also was great at communication, whereas the loan officer and title companies did not hit all the marks in that area.
