First of all, Carl took time to listen to our concerns and requests before providing his valuable advice. In 2021 when the housing market is so hot, not many agents would devote sufficient attention to their clients. Secondly, Carl went above and beyond in the last six months and held our hand every step of the way until our house was sold. Thirdly, when there was a shortage of contractors in the housing market, Carl was always able to provide a list of talented vendors to work on our much-needed upgrades from painters, carpet installers, hardwood floor installers to Mini Split System providers.
