Javier was outstanding in getting us a house in this competitive market. We are over 1000 miles away, needing to relocate in a few months and had been looking for almost a year. Javier knew we had time on our side at the beginning and was very patient working with us to understand our needs. He assured us working long distance would not be a problem and he held true to his word. He was attentive the entire time, even when very few houses were available. Suddenly, we found one that interested us, and he got right to work. Within 2 hours he was at the house showing us all its nooks and crannies on his phone. But the best part about working with Javier are his negotiation skills. He was able to get us what we wanted for a great price, and kept the negotiations in pleasant form even during a tough inspection process.
