Long & Foster Realtors

Tim is the man! I was a first time home buyer and he made the process painless. He took his time making sure I understood the whole process and what to expect. He responded quickly to all of my calls and text. Even with last minute houses I wanted to tour. He made the touring process excited and always made sure to have updated info on the house. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a house and especially for a first time homebuyer like myself.

Lance did an outstanding job helping us find the right home to buy. He was friendly and responsive, available at any time. He helped us negotiate the repairs needed and provided the invoices.

Walker was great to work with! This was our first time buying a house and Walker made the experience as simple as possible. He went above and beyond with getting us quotes, answering questions about the house and the buying process, and negotiating with the sellers. He was also super patient and kind to our 7 year old who was with us at every viewing / appointment. Walker is very knowledgeable, easy going, and works with a great team. I highly recommend working with him!

Lance did a great job with listing and selling my house. He managed a few contractors for me while I was out of town during the process. We talked about the listing, and he made recommendations on things I could do to prepare the house to show well. He communicated throughout the process and was available when needed.

Tim was incredible to work with as we purchased our first home! We knew absolutely nothing about the process, and Tim educated us every step of the way. He pointed out hidden issues in homes we missed and helped us understand what we were looking at. When it came time to make an offer, Tims strategic guidance got us our dream home on the first try. He was really easy to work with, responsive, and made our whole experience so smooth. We are infinitely grateful! We would recommend Tim to anyone and everyone!!
