ZillowVERIFIEDBryan did an outstanding job helping us sell our land. We had moved out of state, and due to the economy and other factors, people were hesitant to buy. Bryan handled everything, kept us informed, came up with practical options, and put in the time and effort to get the sale. Bryan is the person you want on your side when things get tough - he is amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan is exceptionally professional and he is wonderfully personable. This combination kept me confident during the complex and complicated process of selling a non-standard home with extensive property. Bryan predicted an accurate market price and guided the negotiations on my behalf to a successful conclusion. Bryan is the agent you can count on during every step of your real estate journey.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan is excellent to work with. He took the time to get to know what we were looking for, what our concerns were and what our preferences were in a new home and in selling our old one. He guided us every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions or issues that came up throughout the entire buying and selling process. He promptly addressed every issue on our behalf, and he is well connected with excellent vendors (inspectors, contractors, etc) who were very responsive and helpful as well. Bryan made a typically stressful process so much easier. I highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan did an excellent job in several different areas. His pricing strategy allowed me to sell at a premium to the market. He was very knowledgeable of the market, and, specifically, my neighborhood. During the move, I was in the process of relocating internationally, and Bryan was beyond helpful in not only the sale of my house, but also organizing and prepping the house for sale. He went above and beyond to take care of everything with the house so I could focus on the relocation.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan's knowledge of the market and service orientation make him THE Realtor to work with in Richmond. From the first consultation to post closing, Bryan is there doing way more to help you than you could ever expect. Without Bryan's persistence, I know there is no way my deal would have come together the way it did. Give Bryan a shout, he is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Chalk is the King of real estate. A wheeler-dealer. The Donald Trump of Richmond Virginia. He's a Raven's fan, but that's probably his parent's fault. I recommend. Jim Baran
