Napier ERA

Bryan did an outstanding job helping us sell our land. We had moved out of state, and due to the economy and other factors, people were hesitant to buy. Bryan handled everything, kept us informed, came up with practical options, and put in the time and effort to get the sale. Bryan is the person you want on your side when things get tough - he is amazing.

Bryan is exceptionally professional and he is wonderfully personable. This combination kept me confident during the complex and complicated process of selling a non-standard home with extensive property. Bryan predicted an accurate market price and guided the negotiations on my behalf to a successful conclusion. Bryan is the agent you can count on during every step of your real estate journey.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Bryan. From his professional presentation, thoughtful advice, calm demeanor when we ran into some bumps along the way, timely responsiveness and smooth contract experience, we couldn't have expected anything more. We would highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking to sell their home.

Bryan is excellent to work with. He took the time to get to know what we were looking for, what our concerns were and what our preferences were in a new home and in selling our old one. He guided us every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions or issues that came up throughout the entire buying and selling process. He promptly addressed every issue on our behalf, and he is well connected with excellent vendors (inspectors, contractors, etc) who were very responsive and helpful as well. Bryan made a typically stressful process so much easier. I highly recommend him!

Bryan assisted me in selling my home for a corporate relocation. He knows the area (Glen Allen) very well and was up to date on market trends and pricing in the region. Bryan was efficient, responsive, and straightforward in all interactions, and I would recommend him.
