Bruce Allen

Bruce's simple and laid back approach is seen in every level of the business that is conducted with his clients. He provides results, from start to finish. Bruce believes in building relationships as the cornerstone to all transactions. It's visible in the hard work, dedication and professionalism Bruce brings to his clients. On a more personal note, Bruce was born and raised in Ottumwa, Iowa home of Radar O'Reilly from MASH along with a few other mildly famous people. While in Ottumwa, at the ripe age of 18, Bruce went to one of the highest acclaimed programs in the country for Laser Electro/Optics Technology. After graduation, Bruce set off for Sioux Falls, SD to embark on his journey in the Laser Technology field. Bruce was a technician early in his career; building, designing and repairing a plethora of laser systems. He then ventured into sales, where he would spend the next 20 years of his career. Various jobs would take him around the Midwest, from South Dakota to Minnesota to Illinois and back to Iowa then eventually to North Carolina. Bruce also likes to volunteer and give back every chance he has, in his personal life and through his business. He has traveled the world doing volunteer projects. He was also a very active volunteer FireFighter and Paramedic. If that wasn't enough, Bruce embarked on a career, 'hobby', in Mixed Martial Arts as a professional referee and judge. He has been on multiple Pay Per View events, multiple MMA shows and Nationally Syndicated broadcasts. In his 15 years of being an active referee he has been the third man in the cage for over 2,000 sanctioned bouts. Bruce has lived in the Charlotte area for over 10 years. He wanted to escape the cold of the Midwest which brought him south. During his tenure in Charlotte, Bruce ventured outside of corporate life as a Laser Sales Guy and opened his own business. Bruce has been actively operating a craft beer market in Southwest Charlotte near Lake Wylie called The Casual Pint in the Rivergate Shopping Complex. It was during the 'Covid Slow down' that Bruce decided to pursue a long-time passion of getting into Real Estate. He has vast experience in renovating and building homes for himself along with being very people oriented it was a perfect fit for him to take the leap. He hopes to help fulfill dreams for individuals, couples and families. In Bruce's spare time, which is rare, you can catch him sharing his love for beer by visiting local breweries and learning about the craft, pouring a pint at The Casual Pint, riding his Harley, being in the Octagon as the third man or traveling to Iowa to see his two beautiful daughters, family and most importantly his grandsons, Daxton and Walker.
