Buying your first home can be intimidating. Theres a lot to learn, and you really want someone on your team who knows what theyre doing and genuinely has your back. Thats exactly who Bruce is. From day one, he made the process easy to understand and never once made us feel rushed. As first-time buyers using a VA loan, we had a ton of questions, but Bruce never blinked. He was patient, supportive, and gave us the time and space to figure out what we really wanted and what fit into our budget (not what we could qualify for!). When we finally found the right place, Bruce jumped into action. He had our offer ready that weekend and guided us through every step from there, from negotiations to handing us keys at closing. He also connected us with some people he trusts, lenders, inspectors, you name it. Every one of them was fantastic. If Bruce recommends someone, just go with it. Theyre solid. What I appreciated most was how available he was and how level-headed he stayed through everything. Our home was in a tough position. There were 4 other homes on the market within our small community of 89 houses, including one right next door to us. The interest rates were higher, and homes were sitting. We actually took our house off the market for a couple of weeks. In that time, one house sold but for a very low price. And we believe one other turned into a rental property. Our neighbor's house hadn't moved. But, Bruce stuck with us and we put our house back on the market. We needed to sell, because we had already purchased another property and had closed on it. We were set to lower the price, but Bruce suggested staying put. Within a couple weeks of re-entering the market, our house went under contract at an agreeable price. Being in the market is stressful, but Bruce talked us off the cliff a couple of times and, in retrospect, made it all quite easy. We highly recommend Bruce as a seller's agent. Thanks, Bruce!

Bruce was a rockstar through and through. I am a first time home buyer and the whole process felt a little daunting, but Bruce made it pretty seamless all around.
