ZillowVERIFIED Last year, my wife and I were looking for a larger house with more acreage. Krista showed us every property that fit our criteria as soon as it became available. I didn't know at the beginning of our house hunt that our marriage would soon be ending. I lost touch with Krista as the separation became finalized. Fast forward , eight months. I'm ready to buy my own home, my first home. I left Krista a voicemail asking if she would be my realtor and letting her know I understood if the answer was no. I got a call back shortly from Krista saying she would love to help me. I purchased my home with her help last month.The reason I'm writing this review with such detail is because i am truly astounded by Krista's heart. Most anyone that works on commission would have not returned my call. She helped me navigate the intensely scary process of purchasing a home. She even waited patiently for my "cold feet" to pass. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding everything from building code to the requirements of different types of loans. She is completely honest in the presentation of the properties she shows and for that I am truly grateful. She is an experienced realtor with patience and integrity. She is never pushy and is always quick to respond to her client. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor in the Columbia/Elgin/Lugoff/Camden/ area, please drop everything and call Krista. I am very picky about customer service , and she by far delivered the very best. My husband and I relocated to SC from NE and with selling 2 houses in NE and dealing with a difficult lender, it was very stressful. Krista went above and beyond to make our transition easier and handled all of the footwork that I did not expect her to , nor that I had ever received from a realtor before. She assisted us with info regarding school data and ratings , info regarding the unexpected in SC such as fire ants and pine sap, and other aspects to help us become more familiar with the area since we only had a few short days to house hunt. In the end, Krista followed up with the builder to be sure all the finished work was to perfection and that we had received all of the promises that the builder had offered. In addition, Krista is a genuinely nice person with a helpful attitude and no pressure sales technique. She was patient with our house hunting trips and questions, and offered us assistance in every aspect to make our transition as easy and stress free as possible .
