Our home was in a tough position. There were 4 other homes on the market within our small community of 89 houses, including one right next door to us. The interest rates were higher, and homes were sitting. We actually took our house off the market for a couple of weeks. In that time, one house sold but for a very low price. And we believe one other turned into a rental property. Our neighbor's house hadn't moved. But, Bruce stuck with us and we put our house back on the market.
