Our experience with BB Realty felt like shopping for a house with an extremely knowledgeable friends. Their professionalism, personality, knowledge, and communication were all 10 out of 10. They knew things to look for that we never would have known or thought to look for, they were always extremely responsive and accommodating, and they were definoa trusted resource when deciding what we wanted to offer. They were such a joy to work with that I was actually a little sad that we found a house so quickly. We completely felt like they had our best interest at heart, and were always completely honest with us. I could not reccomend BB Realty enough. If we are to buy or sell in the future we would use them again without hesitation.

If you have the chance to work with BB Realty- Do it! Homes for Hero's referred my husband and I to BB Realty, and we will be forever grateful. Britany Goyen and Brittany McCann are both excellent realtors. Whenever we reached out with questions or requests to see a property we ALWAYS received a prompt response.We received regular updates without needing to ask for updates, and they always made sure we knew what was happening next in the process.Potential properties and listings we received from BB Realty were always in our desired price range.When a decision needed to be made we always felt supported and encouraged to do what was going to be right for us and our family. BB Realty connected us with a team of professionals who also did an excellent job (home inspector, lawyer etc.) We really benefitted from the standing relationship they have with these individuals.We put our trust in them and their expertise, and they delivered every step of the way. My wife and I have bought and sold many homes and these two are the best we have dealt with. They are upbeat and positive and very complimentary of our home. They made us feel confident that it would be a successful attempt to sell our home. We had a average of 6-10 showings a day once it was listed and had multiple bids by the end of the first week. They were ready at a moments notice to solve any issue that popped up and solve it quickly. We moved out before the house was sold and they were available to represent us in our absence. They went above and beyond what any other realtor would have done.

Britany is a prime example of how important it is to pick the right real estate agent. She worked hard on our behalf when selling our home and was a huge help since we had already moved out of state. Here are a few things she did that really made an impression with us. 1. Had a photographer take really nice pictures of our condo to put online. 2. Coordinated with contractors and town inspector to complete necessary repairs. 3. Drew a sketch of our finished basement that was needed for a town permit. 4. She even cleaned parts of my sliding window before the open house since we had already left to Florida! She could've easily told us to hire a cleaning service. Brittany was recommended to us by a close friend and she definitely didn't disappoint. I highly recommend her team to anyone looking to buy or sell.
