ZillowVERIFIED Sebastian is the best realtor weve ever worked with! He covered every aspect of this process - I think he actually did more than regular realtor. I would give him 6 stars instead of 5 if possible :) I would recommend his services to everyone looking for the property in his working area!

ZillowVERIFIED Sebastian did a great job in helping us buy a property in PCB. He did virtual tours since we were not local and provided the best service and was always available.

ZillowVERIFIED Sebastian was wonderful to work with! He was very communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definetly recommend him to friends and family. He was on time and always had a smile on his face! He helped us with our final walk through since we live out of state and we trust his insight on things. He sent us videos and made sure we were all taken care of. Made the process very easy, exciting and enjoyable!

ZillowVERIFIED We love Sebastian! He is highly responsive, great negotiator, flexible, thorough and willing to go the extra mile. With his expertise on comps and such, we negotiated an agreed offer remotely, and we had complete confidence everything would proceed in a way that met our needs. Despite being over a 1,000 miles away, we knew Sebastian was conscientiously looking out for us, such as proactively taking a video of the property and sending it our way, facilitating visits for the inspector and for a plumber -- again, all in our absence. He's super responsive -- texting with the periodic call worked great for us. He always has his clients' interests in mind. His personality made the process simply enjoyable. We capped off the "key hand-off" with a fabulous lunch by the sea. You will want to buy!

ZillowVERIFIED 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!! Sebastian was an amazing realtor. He was always quick to respond to text messages and even quicker to answer the phone. In the crazy market that we are currently in being a first time home buyer can be especially hard. Sebastian was always there to ease all our concerns and answer all the questions that came along with going through the process for the first time. Due to Sebastians swift and persistent communication we were able to get our dream home that had multiple other offers on it. If you are looking for a personable, compassionate, hard-working, and quick real estate agent to get the job done I would definitely say Sebastian is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED I had a great experience with Sebastian. He was very knowledgeable of the home buying process and gave me a lot of advice as a first time homebuyer. He also had plenty of resources and connections to good mortgage companies, inspectors, and overall advice on home searching. He even helped me negotiate better deals when certain house search situations occurred. I would recommend him especially if you are a first time homebuyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Sebastian was an amazing agent from day one until our closing! He was very understanding of what we wanted as we began looking for houses and was knowledgeable of the local market we were looking in. He was super responsive and always found a way to schedule tours for us in a market where houses were flying off the market. He was also very helpful to us first time homeowners throughout each step of the buying process. I highly recommend Sebastian as your agent he helped us find the perfect home!

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our first house with Sebastian and he was super knowledgeable and helped us with the process. Being a first time home buyer can be super stressful, but Sebastian made the process easy. He showed us our first house, with all the things we could ever want in a house and it was at our price point. We were so happy with how flexible Sebastian was when working with our work schedules to get us into seeing the perfect home. We put in an offer and it was accepted!!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Sebastian through my rental process and he was extremely helpful. He worked with my what seemed unrealistic need of finding a house asap and made it possible. Very military friendly and answered all my questions. Being new to the area I had little knowledge of the surrounding area and he was able to fill me in on information. He helped me from the start to the move in and even followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going well. Even things I didnt think to ask about he would provide the answers to. His response to my questions and follow up was extremely quick. He really brought the stress of moving down tremendously for me. Thank you Sebastian for everything!
