Britany is a prime example of how important it is to pick the right real estate agent. She worked hard on our behalf when selling our home and was a huge help since we had already moved out of state. Here are a few things she did that really made an impression with us. 1. Had a photographer take really nice pictures of our condo to put online. 2. Coordinated with contractors and town inspector to complete necessary repairs. 3. Drew a sketch of our finished basement that was needed for a town permit. 4. She even cleaned parts of my sliding window before the open house since we had already left to Florida! She could've easily told us to hire a cleaning service. Brittany was recommended to us by a close friend and she definitely didn't disappoint. I highly recommend her team to anyone looking to buy or sell.
