In 2021, in the heat of the greater Seattle market being at its all-time most competitive, Brian helped us close on our dream home in Lake Stevens with his swift negotiations and ability to change gears based on competing offers. That was 3 years ago. Since then we've used Brian on 7 Multi-Family (MF) deals. His knowledge of the market, the intricacies of negotiating deals and protecting your interests, proper terms and offers is unsurpassed. We've had deals with up to 11 bidders and been successful without having the highest offer. We are protected w/ terms at every step, and able to win those properties of most interest to us. So many times we've been up against other buyers with their less experienced agents and they just never stand a chance. Many a time we've had deals locked up before the "Official" review date or Open House. Brian doesn't wait for things to happen, he makes things happen and that's the kind on initiative needed to succeed. ZillowVERIFIED As a general contractor for the last 10 years, I have have encountered many real estate agents and can say unequivocally that Brian Alfi is the best i have ever worked with and continue to work with him on a regular basis today. When it came time for me to sell my own house, I didnt hesitate or even look for anyone else. He was honest and more importantly realistic about pricing and what should be done to the house and property to encourage buyers. There were several items that seemed daunting and expensive, especially given my construction background but I followed his advice and it paid off. Brian laid out a very concise plan and by following his guidelines, the house sold for the exact amount he said would sell if I did the work, first weekend of open house with a full offer!!! I have calculated that we made $75k more than if we had sold as is. The selling agent made things a little complicated but Brian intervened and solved all problems to ensure all parties were satisfied. I cant speak more highly of someone that handles one of the biggest investments of one's life with the utmost professionalism, respect and most importantly HONESTY!

Brian came recommended to us by another friend who raved about him and what he did for their family and home. We recently needed to sell our home in Shoreline due to relocation and worked with Brian and his team. They were nothing short of exceptional. Brian really goes the extra mile and it paid off tremendously, for all of us. We preformed some pre-planning, by visiting other homes that were comparable for sale so we knew where to price ours. We worked together on staging and cleaning. We called out special features and noteworthy items in the home. He ran Facebook ads and generated some buzz. When multiple offers came in he negotiated skillfully and was able to get us up over our asking price. We couldn't have been more thrilled. To top it off, we stayed in contact every step of the way.
