Thomas was an amazing realtor to have. We really didn't know what to expect going into all this as it was our first time buying a house but Thomas was quick to help explain the process even when we weren't sure if it would be years down the line for us. I loved going on house tours with him and figuring out what exactly it was that made a place shine or fall flat. I highly appreciated the honesty he showed in the downfalls of many houses we toured given that I could have easily overlooked things that might be problematic. It's great to have someone there to ground you and be as honest as possible when you're making such a huge financial decision. On top of that Thomas checked in super regularly to make sure we had all our questions answered and had any updates necessary on where the process was at. He was punctual, friendly, communicative, and very flexible when we needed him to be. I would totally recommend him to anyone looking, friends and family included. He goes above and beyond and we would not have had an easy time without him!

Working with Thomas was very easy. He helped me get the best possible price and incentives for the house and was very active and responsive all the time. Cherry on the cake - got my wife and I a great gift post closing. Loved the personal touch to his conversations and interactions!
