We cannot recommend Thomas Peters highly enough. He helped us through both sides of a huge transition for our familyaEUR"selling our townhome and finding the home we hope to be in foreveraEUR"and we came out of the experience not only thrilled with the results, but feeling like we had gained a close friend in the process. Thomas is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and that became more and more apparent the longer we worked with him. There were several times when he pointed out things that other realtors had missed, overlooked, or simply didn't know to look for. There are a lot of people who sell homes part-time or recreationally, and it became very clear to us how much of a difference it makes to work with someone who has been trained, has been in the game for a long time, and truly knows what he is doing. Thomas does. One of the other things that really impressed us was the team and network around him. His landscapers, stagers, painters, and other professionals all worked together to get our townhome ready to sell, and the whole process felt coordinated rather than like we were trying to manage a dozen different people ourselves. On the buying side, he had a great recommendation for an inspector and even connected us with an excellent roofer who looked at the house we were considering and gave us recommendations free of charge before we purchased the property. Having those kinds of trusted connections was incredibly valuable when making such a huge decision. Thomas was also remarkably available throughout the entire process. He was always happy to hop on a call, answer a text, talk through a concern, or explain something again when we needed it. He has a way of putting you at ease without ever making you feel pressured. That was especially important to us. He never pushed us toward a particular lender, inspector, or other service provider. When we wanted recommendations, he had excellent ones, but the decision was always ours. Buying a home is probably the biggest purchase most people will ever make, and Thomas made us feel informed and confident in our decisions rather than rushed or pressured. We trusted that he was looking out for our family and not simply trying to get a transaction completed. And, of course, it would be irresponsible not to mention that Thomas is an incredibly likable, tall, and handsome guy. Truly the whole package. By the end of all of this, we genuinely considered Thomas a friendaEUR"someone we would happily invite over for a BBQ or family get-together even if there wasn't a house involved. That probably says as much about our experience as anything else. He helped us sell our townhome, helped us find our forever home, surrounded us with great people, gave us excellent advice, and made an intimidating process feel manageable. Our family would use Thomas again without hesitation. 10/10. Knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, trustworthy, tall, handsome. What more could you ask for?

I just closed on a new-construction home in Seattle and can't recommend Levi enough. The home I bought wasn't even on my list. Levi picked it out for me, and he was right. He has a real sense for what his clients need, sometimes before they do. He's also friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. New construction comes with a lot of moving pieces, and ours had plenty: developer disclosures, title items to clear before closing, and some back-and-forth over parking. I'm an attorney, so I read everything closely and asked a lot of questions. Levi was patient through all of it, kept me in the loop, and kept the deal on track.
