He answered our multitude of questions and was very patient. The process was handled masterfully.Brent not SOLD us this house, he LISTED this house for us and it was under-contract within just a few days, and then he SOLD us a home in our new location. ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Brent McSpadden last fall to sell my condo in Buckhead and buy a new house in Roswell. I remember seeing his commercial on TV and liked a lot of the things he had to say. Mostly I liked that he could get me the most money for my condo because of his market and appraisal knowledge. After an introductory meeting where we met, Brent examined the property, and we discussed a sales price. I was sure I could make 130k but Brent believed It was worth more. I decided to go with his expert opinion and in one weekend's full of showings I had an offer at exactly what Brent said we could get, 139k. Since the condo sold so fast I barely had time to look for a new house. Again Brent was extremely helpful and used his Metro Atlanta knowledge to really zero in on where I wanted to live and why. We quickly found a new house and Brent deftly lead me through the negotiations. We didn't low ball them with a ridiculous offer, but we didn't offer full price. After one counter offer we agreed on terms and closed within 6 weeks.This was definitely the best couple of real estate transactions I've ever gone through and I think Brent's expertise and calm demeanor were the major keys to success.

Employing his experience and considerable knowledge of residential real estate valuation, Brent was able quickly to convince the bank and its appraiser to reevaluate my property using additional appraisal data he supplied. As a result, the appraisal valuation was substantially increased to reflect the actual market value of my property and the sales contract was able to proceed.
