What a pleasure it was working with Brent during the process of selling our home! From start to finish, he made sure everything was done right. He always spent time with us discussing options and reviewing market trends, so we were armed with up-to-date information to make smart decisions. After spending time with Brent, I soon realized how knowledgeable he is about all aspects of real estate, and it shows in his work - including finding us multiple buyers and selling our home within 30 days! In addition to being an amazing realtor, Brent is also a certified appraiser, which comes in handy during this 'come-back' market when banks/lenders tend to be conservative on market values, and home appraisals may need to be challenged by an appraiser. Brent is a rare breed of realtors for sure. I would recommend Brent to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home.

From the first day I contacted Brent via email, to corresponding and communicating with me at any time I needed him, until the final day when we closed on the sale of my home and simultaneously the purchase of my new condo, I truly couldn't have imagined a better or more wonderful person to work with in the real estate industry than Brent McSpadden. Brent was always on top of sending me information on properties we went to view far in advance so I always knew exactly what to expect. He was keen to listen to my needs and wants regarding my home sale and my condo purchase, and he always found potential properties that were just to my liking. His communication throughout the entire process, from making appointments, to giving advice, to answering my hundreds of questions, was always thorough and thought out. Even his recommendations for appraisers, loan/mortgage companies, and inspectors entailed people that were just as kind, caring, and wonderful as Brent had been. There wasn't an issue with a single step of the process! I never felt like "just a customer" or "just another client" while working with him. It seemed like I was always a priority which made the experience with Brent totally stress free and seamless.
