Bree was phenomenal with negotiations, setting up study period and guiding us through it. When that contract didnt meet study requirements, she easily and seamlessly regrouped and within weeks we found an even better fit. Again, we entered into study period, and she negotiated the contract. We had some seller issues with Title, and Bree calmly yet confidently guided and renegotiated the contract and study period. Bree is a consumate professional, I am not a low maintenance client, pretty set on what I want and will do.
