ZillowVERIFIED Brandon is an absolute rock-star. He was our buyers agent. When we began our search he was flexible to show houses with virtual walk through a via cellphone video conferencing. He did a great job describing the spaces to communicate it the human feel of the space. He was also very good at understanding our needs and requirements and nice to haves. When we got into negotiations, he was exceptional at communicating and negotiating fairly and making sure the deal met our needs. If we ever buy or sell again, Brandon will be our agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought a new home and sold our 28 year residence with Brandon Fox and Luke Loiselle. We were pretty specific in our needs for what I call our age-in-place home and finally found it. The team worked smoothly to go through all the needed processes. Their photographer did amazing advertising shots of our old home and we had good counsel about "staging." They didn't push when we declined to do some tasks, like removing wall paper. We had not had a real estate transaction for 28 years. The use of computers began to be a bit overwhelming (when I got the first email after our offer and it said there were 12 documents, I thought it meant 12 pages. No, 12 documents.) They were willing to go "old school" and review paper copies with us. I am not a computer dummy, I used the Kaiser's electronic medical records, but appreciate the guidance through a process we rarely go through . Our buyer for our old home was a bit demanding and Brandon helped us keep our goal in mind of completing the sale. I would gladly work with him again, hopefully only when I move to a nursing home and sell this house. Thank goodness he's a young man and so is Luke. Good team to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Wonderful experience all the way around! Marketing: Very thorough and expedient. Our place was on the market and we started showing the house very quickly. We found Brandon to be very proactive. For example, while working on placing his sign in our front yard, a couple drove by slowly to look. Brandon approached them, chatted them up and 5 minutes later was showing our house to them. Offers: Brandon was an expert negotiator. He was very quick to understand what we wanted and convey that to potential buyers. He is quite intuitive when evaluating an offer and getting a feel for the buyer and buyers agent. We completely trusted his advice during negotiations. Execution: Brandon has an acute understanding of the real estate contract and timelines. At each step we knew what our options were, how long we had to respond and what the different outcomes of our actions would be. The Back Office: Communication was wonderful. His admins were on top of all deadlines, signatures and filings. Great crew. Personality: Brandon is what all real estate professionals should be; friendly, knowledgeable, not at all pompous or pushy. This is his full time job and its apparent he is committed to it.
