Brandon is an absolute rock-star. He was our buyers agent. When we began our search he was flexible to show houses with virtual walk through a via cellphone video conferencing. He did a great job describing the spaces to communicate it the human feel of the space. He was also very good at understanding our needs and requirements and nice to haves. When we got into negotiations, he was exceptional at communicating and negotiating fairly and making sure the deal met our needs. If we ever buy or sell again, Brandon will be our agent.

New to the area, Brandon and Heather helped make my buying experience easy with no stress. They responded promptly when I had questions. The whole process was done in less than 30 days and I was able to move in the day it closed. I would definitely recommend them when buying or selling a new home.

We have been honest and forthright about our as is home. Yet they continue to try to sell it as move-in ready when it's not. We have never misrepresented our home it needs repairs it is as is.

We bought a new home and sold our 28 year residence with Brandon Fox and Luke Loiselle. We were pretty specific in our needs for what I call our age-in-place home and finally found it. The team worked smoothly to go through all the needed processes. Their photographer did amazing advertising shots of our old home and we had good counsel about "staging." They didn't push when we declined to do some tasks, like removing wall paper. We had not had a real estate transaction for 28 years. The use of computers began to be a bit overwhelming (when I got the first email after our offer and it said there were 12 documents, I thought it meant 12 pages. No, 12 documents.) They were willing to go "old school" and review paper copies with us. I am not a computer dummy, I used the Kaiser's electronic medical records, but appreciate the guidance through a process we rarely go through . Our buyer for our old home was a bit demanding and Brandon helped us keep our goal in mind of completing the sale. I would gladly work with him again, hopefully only when I move to a nursing home and sell this house. Thank goodness he's a young man and so is Luke. Good team to work with.
