We decided to consider selling our condo and reached out to Bob and Geneva. They were very timely in getting back to us to start initial conversations. After the forest conversation they scheduled a day/time to come and look at our place. When they arrivedaEUR|you could tell they had already done a lot of homework on comps in our area. They walked around our place just to get a feel for it. At the end of that meeting Bob and Geneva went into great detail on the research they did, comps in the area do how they conduct business. There was no pressure to sellaEUR|the whole conversation felt very informative than anything else. My wife and talked that evening and decided to put our condo on the market. Bob and Geneva came over and went over the finer details on how to get our place prepped and ready to show; what to fix, what clutter needed to be moved, cleaning and organizing our place. During the prep phase Bob and Geneva made regular check ups with us on our progress and what information they needed to get things ready on their end. At this point Bob and Geneva started to look into days/times for a photograph to come by. They both came over after we finished cleaning and organizing just to make sure everything looked ready for the photographer. Once photos were taken, Bob and Geneva informed us that it would take about half a day fir the photos to be ready and then the listing would be live. Prior to the listing going live they explained how showing work, how they would be scheduled and told us that we would always know when buyers wanted to look at our place. Once the listing went live, we had a lot of showings. But never felt overwhelmed with the process or the amount of people that wanted to view our place. Once we had more than a few offers, we had a conversation with Bob and Geneva to review all the offers. Since this was the first time we have sold a home, we relied on their expertise to help guide us in the right plan of action. I have to say, we are very happy that we listened to them. We ended up getting an offer well about our asking price and I really believe that was because we listened to them on what to do. We really felt they had our best interest in heart. Once escrow opened, Bob and Geneva were very transparent in how the process was going, what we needed to do and all the deadlines we needed to make sure we hit. We had a very stress free escrow and closed in 30 days with minimal to no issues. Our experience with Bob and Geneva was fantastic! They were transparent, informative, insightful, professional and personable. We felt that they always were looking out for our best interest. We are super grateful for their help, support and knowledge and if we need to buy or sell again, they will be the first people we call. I highly recommend you at least give them a call. Bob, was always available for questions strategy throughout the entire process. We started with a Market Survey and a strategy for the listing price.
