ZillowVERIFIEDBlair did a great job for us! This sale required a lot of coordination with the close of our new home. She was able to keep things going despite the lack of performance by the buyer's agent. She always managed to keep the transaction moving forward and get us through closing and on to our new home in a seamless manner.

Blair took on a very beautiful Victorian home which I loved but couldnt manage at my age any longer. It was uncertain territory but she persevered. After months of interests and potential buyers, one was found. She managed the concerns of the buyer but always kept my interests forefront. I didnt hesitate her managing the purchase of my next home. Her advice always had options. It was never not my decision. Communication was always open and my concerns were always answered. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone wanting recommendations. Thanks to Blair I can now focus on improving my golf game instead of mowing the yard! dYJPY?dY~,,

I had a wonderful experience with Blair. She kept us informed and updated. She told us what to expect and guided us through the process. I lost my niece suddenly, and she was such a sweet, friend to me. She stepped out of her Realtor Advisor role and put on a friend role. I will forever be grateful for her comforting me. So glad we crossed paths. Highly recommend Blair.

ZillowVERIFIED Blair is phenomenal! She was wonderful to work with - excellent communication very knowledgeable about the market. Additionally, she handled a few hiccups that came up during our home sell and saved my husband and I a lot of stress. I highly recommend Blair as an agent!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very patient with me as we looked about fifty or more houses before I found the one. She understood my needs and was very helpful in meeting those needs. She not only was my realtor, but now I consider her my friend.
