Blair did an excellent job communicating with me the offers from sellers and working with my wife and I with visits and showing houses. She is very professional and did a great job marketing my property. Buyer did counter offers and other buyer concessions that were not applicable to the state of the house and she worked with me and buyer to understand their asks were not reasonable and was able to have buyer to back off from their unreasonable request. other request that make sense was mitigated to have property on good stand for sale. I will definitely recommend her to any friends and family for future buying or selling properties. She was great!!!

Blair took on a very beautiful Victorian home which I loved but couldnt manage at my age any longer. It was uncertain territory but she persevered. After months of interests and potential buyers, one was found. She managed the concerns of the buyer but always kept my interests forefront. I didnt hesitate her managing the purchase of my next home. Her advice always had options. It was never not my decision. Communication was always open and my concerns were always answered. Blair did a great job for us! This sale required a lot of coordination with the close of our new home. She was able to keep things going despite the lack of performance by the buyer's agent. She always managed to keep the transaction moving forward and get us through closing and on to our new home in a seamless manner.
