Since we first talk to her she took the time to hear us out on what we wanted, then we got to meet her and she was super nice, always listening and giving us explanations on whatever question we had, the process was long, specially because we werent in the area, we were moving from CA and she will have the time to go to the houses and do FaceTime with us, we even put an offer on one house and then completely regret it and when we call her she already know what was happening lol, she can read you very well. We finally found our home and she helped us through all the way. She is the best ever! She was so patience when we kept asking stuff about the new construction like when would this or that be ready and if she didnt know an answer she will try to find it. Just the best experience weve had in general.

ZillowVERIFIED Our purchase was contingent upon the sale/closing of our home, which can be a complicated and difficult process to manage. Not to mention that the week of closing, I was out of town which complicated matters even further. That being said, this sale and purchase went off without a hitch. If there were complications, I didn't know about them - which, in my opinion, is the mark of a great agent. Kevin is responsive by phone call/text any day of the week and always puts your mind at ease, no matter what question you're calling to ask, or how many times you have asked it already. Further, he doesn't say what you want to hear; if he doesn't know, he says "let me make a few calls and I'll get right back to you", then he makes those calls and gets right back to you. The ball is never in Kevin's court, he's very proactive so you never feel like you're waiting on your agent to figure something out.I've worked with Kevin on the purchase of my first home, sale of that home and purchase of my second home and every step of the way, Kevin has had good relationships with those that matter (inspectors, mortgage brokers, bankers, insurance agents, title/escrow agents). These folks are willing to work for Kevin when he asks for something to be done, regardless of how difficult it will be. I'm sure these folks are also trying to please me as a seller/buyer, but it's Kevin's relationship with them that makes the difference. Bottom line, I'll use Kevin again when we sell this home and you'd be doing yourself a favor by giving him a call for your sale/purchase.
