We moved to Spokane in August of 2017. Shortly thereafter, we met up with Rich King, of Windemere. We cant imagine having chosen a better real estate agent. Rich patiently stuck with us through a tough sellers market, regularly taking us out over the course of seven or eight months, guiding us through the process of finding the kind of home we envisioned, never losing patience. He was always upbeat, kind, professional, and fun to be with. Perhaps most importantly, he seemed, without fail, to sincerely place our interests first, and despite the extensive hours of time that he gave, over those months, without a aEURoesale.aEUR? We never once felt any pressure from him to aEURoemake an offer.aEUR? There were, indeed, a few homes we might well have purchased, but which we decided to forego, after considering Richs honest opinion about the drawbacks of those properties. By the time we found our home (one beyond our initial hopes or expectations) in the Five Mile area, in May of 2018, we had come to consider Rich not just a real estate expert, but also a friend. I had a previous real estate agent through my parents, whom they recommended. However, I'm almost certain the realtor was judging based on my age. Or a lack of caring to help a first time home buyer. Anyways, I went onto Facebook to try to find a new realtor, as I had no idea where to even look. Terrified of the process on how to look for a home, I messaged Stephanie. She replied within the hour, and was so fast to respond to each and every question I had. We were talking so much because I had 10,000 questions and she simplified it down to the basics for my boyfriend and I. I want to say we looked at over ten homes, due to weird family circumstances. Anyways, we ended up finding a home that felt right to us. There were a couple others, but the market was all cash and at 25, I simply did not have that for a home. We had our doubts on even getting or offer accepted, but Stephanie assured us there is going to be one waiting for us. About a month later of looking, we get an offer made. Of course we did every possible inspection on the home, because I had no idea what I would be getting myself into. Stephanie had to negotiate so much for this home I thought we would not get it. It felt like we were in a race but we were waiting at the finish line because the sellers realtor was not as quick as Stephanie. Majority of the time we responded within hours of the sellers negotiation with either a counter, or an agreement. This process was tough, but Stephanie got us what we wanted even though we may not be skilled enough to understand fully what to expect. I'm laying here in my new room, in my new house writing this because I can not thank Stephanie enough. I spent over ten hours moving today, and should be sleeping but I am insisting on writing this due to the dedication that she had given us for this home. Thank you Stephanie for absolutely everything. You are a beautiful soul who never made me feel silly for any question. Cheers to whom reads this and is searching for a rock star realtor.
