ZillowVERIFIED There is one thing you need to know about Bill Jordan. HE IS THE MAN!!!!!! He went well out of his way and sacrificed his personal time to show us houses late into the night and took up his weekends as well. I know we were finicky customers and definitely a pain but he stuck with us. Every step of the process we were informed and no question went unanswered. Everyone told us finding the house was the easy part and the hurdles came next. Not with Bill and his team, the whole process was smooth as can be. Don't waste your time with other agents.

At first we weren't seeing anything we liked because of our price point. But Bill was always patient with us and helped to show us a variety of houses until we learned more about what we actually wanted. We took a break for a few months on the house search, but when we had collected our savings more and had a better game plan, we let Bill know and right away we had a number of houses to look at.At first when we found what now is our home, none of us were certain we would like it! ZillowVERIFIED We met Bill Jordan at a very crowded Open House...we expressed to him that the condo being shown was too small for us. He asked if he could call us the next day and find out exactly what we were looking for, and he did. We had been looking on our own for several months and there were just no condos available in our area that met our main criteria...living space all on a single floor. He called us the next day to say he had found two condos that met most of our criteria. We met him the next morning to look at them...we didn't like the first one; but when we saw the second one, we knew it was the one for us. We wrote up an offer that afternoon; and when he took it to the other agent, she said there was already an offer on it that had to be decided upon that night. He informed us of that situation and advised us on how to strengthen our offer if we really wanted the condo. We did that; and by that night, we had purchased our condo. He facilitated the sale, and we closed just three weeks later. We are now working with him to get our current home ready to put on the market, and we have complete confidence and faith that he will get it sold quickly for us. Bill has been quite professional in our dealings with him, but he has also become a good friend. He is honest and upfront with us, and he listens to us as to what we want to do. We know that he has and will continue to represent us well.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Bill began on a Friday afternoon at 3pm. My wife and I had found a 5 acre property we loved and the owner agreed to drop the price $30,000 if we got our offer in on said Friday. The following Saturday was an open house that would be cancelled if offer was in on time. My realtor was unresponsive so I called Bill. I appraised Bill of the situation and he went to work immediately and he came through for us. Offer was sent on time and accepted. Now we had to list our house which we felt would sell easily but we needed to get the most out of our value in order for our purchase to be more easily managed. Bill took a tour of our house and gave us great advise on minor improvements that would help in value. We went to work for 2 weeks and put the house on the market. It sold in 2 days $30,000 above asking. Through the whole process Bill was there every day to answer my questions (often dumb questions) and guide us through the process of selling our first home. Up to now everything sounds neat and tidy right? One night Bill asked for a meeting and informed us that our buyer had backed out and forfeited his earnest money. This was a big blow to the gut for about 10 seconds when new paper work was produced from another buyer. Our home sale had multiple offers and Bill contacted one of these individuals and they were seamlessly substituted and all was well. The sale of our home could not have gone better. We are absolutely thrilled with the process and outcome. Unfortunately the only time I didn't ask Bill for advice was my lender. The IRS lost my tax return and my lender was not able to handle this complication. To make a long miserable story short we were not able to close on time. We were looking at 6-9 weeks rent back and possible loss of the property. Bill negotiated a 20 day rent back and asked me change to a lender he recommends. I am not an easy person to deal with and at this point the thought of going through the lender process again was a brave thing to ask me. But he did ask me because it was what was best for me. I am so glad he asked and he handled it beautifully. The new lender closed within 10 days. It was the 18th day of our rent back agreement. Bill was always on time or early. But most of all he was always there for when we needed him and a lot of the time we didn't know til after the fact. Like handling all our Pod movements. Including storing our Pods in his driveway when we failed to close through no fault of his own. In closing there were many high fives when we could finally call it our own.
