Bill is super professional, courteous, non-pressuring, and an all-around great guy. He was patient with us for over two years as we took our time finding the right house for us. He is highly recommended. Also, he has a moving truck. Thanks Bill!

First time home owner here! Really grateful to have had Bill as our agent during this process. He is very knowledgeable, flexible, patient and wants to do everything he can to help get you into your dream house!

Bill was very helpful throughout the selling process. His communication is what stood out to me. Bill was very easy to get a hold of if I had any questions and he was more than happy to answer them. He was able to get me top dollar for my property.

There is one thing you need to know about Bill Jordan. HE IS THE MAN!!!!!! He went well out of his way and sacrificed his personal time to show us houses late into the night and took up his weekends as well. I know we were finicky customers and definitely a pain but he stuck with us. Every step of the process we were informed and no question went unanswered. Everyone told us finding the house was the easy part and the hurdles came next. Not with Bill and his team, the whole process was smooth as can be. Don't waste your time with other agents.

Bill Jordan helped me sell my Lynnwood home and purchase a home in Olympia. His attention to detail and strategy on getting me top price was impressive! The home sold for an amazing price, and he was fantastic at negotiating the purchase. He kept me updated throughout the process and made me feel at ease. I was so lucky to know him and I highly recommend Bill Jordan!!
