ZillowVERIFIED Bill is one of those people you rarely ever meet. He is the genuine article. He was involved in two major transactions for my wife and I. First he helped us find some raw land for us to build our retirement home, then when we finished a year or so later, he help us list and sell our old home. He continually kept in touch, to help guide us through preparing to sell, doing market analysis for our area so we knew what to expect. When I had a question, I could always call him. He usually had an answer or would find out and get the info for me. His knowledge and expertise made our experience seem natural. Took us 2 months to get here since we had to stay and close in California. With the Listings Bill provided us, we created a list to start viewing and Bill confirmed which houses were still available. We told him exactly what we wanted and let him know definitely what we didn't want and he made our search so simple. It took us 2 weeks and we looked at a lot of houses but found our dream home. He respected my price range and did not try to convince me to purchase a house that was higher than I had indicated was my maximum. He worked hard to make sure that I was able to get into houses the same day that I made a request to see a house. He was never late to our appointments or showings. He walked me through the process and explained things in detail as we went. I would definitely use Bill again! So glad I found him!!
