Maximum One Realty

Ive known Bill Hornsby since elementary school, and hes always been someone you can rely on. As a real estate agent, that same dependability shines through. Bill is professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping his clients feel confident throughout the process. If you want an agent who works hard, communicates clearly, and brings real integrity to the table, Bill is an easy recommendation.

I have worked with Bill for many years He is the kindest person you would ever want to meet. He is hard working and knowledgeable and was always available. He helped me sell my marital home and worked through the delicate process of my divorce. He helped us to maximize the amount of money we got for the house as well. Bill then helped me on my journey to buy a new home. He made the process really easy and understandable to me and communicated with me every step of the way. He did a spectacular job joining me on the walkthrough of the new house and caught many things that I had missed. He is a wonderful realtor and a wonderful person. I highly recommend Bill to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. His experience and expertise are invaluable!

Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with. The process was started about 2 years ago in finding us a home. He was very patient with ME (us) for those 2 years as I am a very picky person. He would say "the right one will come along". He was right it did! He is a very kind person and a very good agent to work with. He listened to us and every issue we mentioned he addressed it and made sure it was taken care of to our satisfaction. 100 % recommend Bill Hornsby to be your agent in buying or selling!

Bill Hornsby is knowledgeable and professional as a qualified realtor. We moved here from San Diego, not knowing the area to find our home. We contacted Bill a few weeks prior to arriving through our friend's whom came to Georgia 2 years before us. He had alot of listings set up based on what we were looking for. He was very patient and resourceful with the information he provided us. I truly believe, it's not so much what you know, it's who you know that helps guide you through the process of your dream home. I highly recommend Bill Hornsby at Maximum One Realty to All my friends and family.
