Beth was a pleasure to work with! She made the whole experience easy! I moved out of state prior to the sale and Beth handled everything from finding a handyman, cleaners, stagers and junk removal. She even took the time to personally help fix an issue with my flooring to make it more presentable to the perspective buyer. Her knowledge and communication skills are amazing! I would absolutely recommend her!!

Beth Thompson is the BEST realtor I have ever worked with EVER. Her professionalism, personality, communication, problem solving skills, attention to detail, responsiveness and ability to negotiate on my behalf exceeded my expectations. When one of our offers fell through, she took it upon herself to find me another property which shows how much she got to know my preference. I had two simultaneous transactions with her which were positive and look forward to our future transactions already!

Beth Thompson is a magnificent real estate broker, doing business in Oregon and Washington State. I had to research and choose the right broker to represent me because I had been transferred to work overseas in 2023 and would be a long-distance client during the most challenging real estate market Portland proper, let alone, the whole nation, had experienced in decades. Beth did not disappoint, going above and beyond to sell my condo, exceeding expectations throughout the entire process through every stage of marketing my home. Beth was an ally and advisor, keeping me in the loop and helping me navigate from the other side of the world. I felt like we were constantly ahead of the curve in every step of the process, against the odds, which was entirely due to Beth's professional and communication skills, thoroughness and dedication. Her tireless efforts resulted in a smooth, hassle-free transaction! I highly recommend Beth Thompson to anyone relocating, selling, and/or buying in Oregon or Washington!

We did not have a great experience with Beth as a buyer's agent. I'd definitely have a much better experience without her as an agent. Beth is very welcoming, nice and explained for us a lot about the area. However, our overall experience was not the greatest thought the entire purchase process. We never seen the buy's contract till last moment, some fees were hidden and were not disclosed from beginning. Did not help much with new constructions searching and we had to do a lot on our own. even found the house that we ended up buying on our own. We asked for inspection help, she ordered a lot of different things in the inspections without communicating to us first ended up paying almost double the inspection fees for the added services. It'd have been okay if communicated first. Rushed us on signing the contract without reading or protecting us as a buyer's agent. Did not negotiate anything on the price not even tried. Never followed up on the appraisal, did not show up on closing. All what was obvious that she made sure her name was on the contract to get the percentage.

Beth Thompson is an amazing agent. She went above and beyond to help my family and I find the right house for us. I have recommended her to many people and will continue to do so. Hands down one of the most caring and diligent people Ive ever met. Buying a house is a huge moment in your life and you would be in no better hands.

We worked with Beth to help us find a home using the Home Partners Program. She was kind, knowledgeable and effective in using all of her resources to find us a home that was not even on the market yet. Thank you Beth!

Beth did everything better than just getting it right. From the time my house was listed on the market to the time I deposited the money from the sale of my house was 22 .. yes 22 days.. PLUS I got more than my asking price... not just a little but a lot...This is how good Beth is. She handled everything and made the whole process painless. She is awesome. She knew just what to do and how to work everything so I could concentrate on moving. In the end, I was happy; the buyers were happy and it was a great deal. Thanks to Beth.

When I decided to buy a home of my own, when my apartment rent was raised by $300, I contacted Beth. Being a first time EVER, buyer, I knew nothing about buying and Beth answered all my questions, sometimes more than once. She helped me understand the process, she found out what I wanted and what I did not want. She suggested a lender and I was on my way. After only a few months, I got a call from her on a Friday afternoon. ?Can you meet me in an hour?? So I did, and when I walked into that condo, it had just come up for sale, I knew that this was the one. The next day I was signing the papers with my offer. Soon after that, the seller accepted my bid. And soon after that, I was at the Title office signing a whole bunch of papers and then I had the key to my new home! WOW! I can recommend Beth to help you find the perfect home for you!

Beth made the home buying process extremely stress-free. She took care of us like we were her family, and worked hard to make sure all of our concerns were addressed before, during, and after the sale. A very knowledgable realtor who can be relied upon.
