When I decided to buy a home of my own, when my apartment rent was raised by $300, I contacted Beth. Being a first time EVER, buyer, I knew nothing about buying and Beth answered all my questions, sometimes more than once. She helped me understand the process, she found out what I wanted and what I did not want. She suggested a lender and I was on my way. After only a few months, I got a call from her on a Friday afternoon. ?Can you meet me in an hour?? So I did, and when I walked into that condo, it had just come up for sale, I knew that this was the one. The next day I was signing the papers with my offer. Soon after that, the seller accepted my bid. And soon after that, I was at the Title office signing a whole bunch of papers and then I had the key to my new home! WOW!
