We did not have a great experience with Beth as a buyer's agent. I'd definitely have a much better experience without her as an agent. Beth is very welcoming, nice and explained for us a lot about the area. However, our overall experience was not the greatest thought the entire purchase process. We never seen the buy's contract till last moment, some fees were hidden and were not disclosed from beginning. Did not help much with new constructions searching and we had to do a lot on our own. even found the house that we ended up buying on our own. We asked for inspection help, she ordered a lot of different things in the inspections without communicating to us first ended up paying almost double the inspection fees for the added services. It'd have been okay if communicated first. Rushed us on signing the contract without reading or protecting us as a buyer's agent. Did not negotiate anything on the price not even tried. Never followed up on the appraisal, did not show up on closing. All what was obvious that she made sure her name was on the contract to get the percentage.
