Beth was a pleasure to work with! She made the whole experience easy! I moved out of state prior to the sale and Beth handled everything from finding a handyman, cleaners, stagers and junk removal. She even took the time to personally help fix an issue with my flooring to make it more presentable to the perspective buyer. Her knowledge and communication skills are amazing! I would absolutely recommend her!!

Beth Thompson is a magnificent real estate broker, doing business in Oregon and Washington State. I had to research and choose the right broker to represent me because I had been transferred to work overseas in 2023 and would be a long-distance client during the most challenging real estate market Portland proper, let alone, the whole nation, had experienced in decades. We did not have a great experience with Beth as a buyer's agent. I'd definitely have a much better experience without her as an agent. Beth is very welcoming, nice and explained for us a lot about the area. However, our overall experience was not the greatest thought the entire purchase process. We never seen the buy's contract till last moment, some fees were hidden and were not disclosed from beginning. Did not help much with new constructions searching and we had to do a lot on our own. even found the house that we ended up buying on our own. We asked for inspection help, she ordered a lot of different things in the inspections without communicating to us first ended up paying almost double the inspection fees for the added services. It'd have been okay if communicated first. Rushed us on signing the contract without reading or protecting us as a buyer's agent. Did not negotiate anything on the price not even tried. Never followed up on the appraisal, did not show up on closing. All what was obvious that she made sure her name was on the contract to get the percentage.

If youre looking for a home around the greater Portland area, Beth is the best. We moved from out of town and she made us feel like family...she even baby sat our dog for a few days. Beth is knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, accommodating and an all around professional.
