Beth was exceptional from the get go. Our buyers wanted a quick move in which would have been quite a stretch for us since we were traveling out of the country at the time. During the inspection, the inspector determined that the water heater unit needs to be replaced and instead of us going through the replacement process, she was able to negotiate a reasonable financial compensation for the buyers from our proceeds.
