Beth was exceptional from the get go. Our buyers wanted a quick move in which would have been quite a stretch for us since we were traveling out of the country at the time. Knowing this, Beth managed to negotiate the closing date to accomodate our schedule. During the inspection, the inspector determined that the water heater unit needs to be replaced and instead of us going through the replacement process, she was able to negotiate a reasonable financial compensation for the buyers from our proceeds. Her expertise and professionalism was exceptional. She was very responsive and always looking out for our best interest. She was always upbeat with a sense of humor to boot. Almost 20 years ago, Jean LeTellier, a fabulous agent on Beths team, found a home for me after wed spent 2 years searching during an extremely competitive time in the market. Jeans expertise and savvy allowed me to secure the home despite long odds. I raised my children there. In late summer 2025, the time had come to downsize and move on.
