The stager was amazing and she has such a strong local knowledge of our housing market and priced it at the right level. In dealing with buyers, lenders, closers she is always in your corner. She simplifies the complex and stressful experience of selling and buying a new home. She is the only realtor I would recommend to friends and family. I downsized and Kari was amazing in both selling a house at the higher end of the market but also helping find a great house at a more affordable price.
