We had been looking to downsize for a couple of years and chose Ben Heimark and Tony Loupe, both with the Fox Real Estate Group, to help us find a new property and sell our old property. The end of January we finally found on one of the listings Ben had been emailing us regularly a good possibility that ended up being the place we knew we could make our new home. Within days Ben facilitated a successful offer and he helped guide us to a successful close within a month. Ben made all the arrangements with very satisfactory services of a lender, an inspector, and an appraiser. He also worked well with the seller's agent to successfully complete a couple of issues that we needed to be resolved. We enjoyed working with Ben and highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben Heimark was fabulous. We found out the house we had rented for 10 yrs was going to be put on the market. We contacted Ben that night and he agreed to show us a house at 8am the next morning. We toured the house and made an offer that afternoon. Within 48 hours of finding out we needed to move Ben had negotiated us an offer that save us 10K off what we thought we would be spending. We could not believe it. The house is in excellent condition and Ben is so well connected that we got fantastic financing with zero down. We didn't think we were in a good position to buy but Ben was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. we were in the best hands and are now going to be closing on our dream home three weeks after being notified we need to move. It's a miracle. We are so grateful for Ben and his team.
