Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere

I believe the highest praise you can give someone is that without question, you would work with that person again; that is Ben. Ben made the home-buying process easy by first understanding what I was looking for and where I wanted to live. He never questioned some of the locations I wanted to check out (found on my own) but provided good feedback afterward, seeing some things that I didn't notice. He had (has) great negotiation skills that worked well in closing the sell. I believe the sell/buy process was a win-win for all involved. I do not plan to move again but if I did, Ben will be the first to know! Thank you so much Ben, for our journey together!

Ben and his team did outstanding work carrying us across the finish line to purchasing our first home. Going into this process, I had no idea what to expect or where to be cautious. From day one, when we first met Ben, he immediately began to help us understand what we were getting into and how we could quickly make it a reality. Throughout the process of purchasing our home, Ben was able to answer every question we fired at him, either from knowledge he had himself or through contacting subject matter experts on our behalf. One very notable point was, through all of the explanations we asked him for, none of his answers ever felt condescending or impatient. The whole process was smoother than I could have ever imagined purchasing a house could be. Ben was a ton of fun to work with, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him as a realtor to any friends or family (especially for first-time buyers). If I ever find myself looking to buy in the area again, my first call will be to Ben.

Benjamin Heimark helped us buy our first home and we are forever grateful for the amazing service he provided. He was extremely communicative, responsive and helpful in understanding this process. He had our backs every step of the way and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house. Thank you to Ben and the crew at Fox Real Estate for guiding us through this huge step in our lives!

Ben was amazing to work with! He went the extra mile every step of the way while facilitating this process for us. We were in a time crunch to find our first home and he made sure to work well within our deadline. He was flexible with scheduling, timely and direct in communicating, as well as a very personable and fun agent to work with! We are forever grateful for Bens help, and fortunate that he was able to make this experience run smoother than we ever couldve imagined!

Ben and his team saved us! We tried to sell the house on our own and it just sat there for over a month. Ben came in they pulled out all the stops and our house closed in two weeks. He was very confident, we didn't know what to expect but everything worked out quickly and fair. Ben handled communication with the buyer's agent extremely well. They took care of pictures, measurements, open house, signage, neighborhood calls, all communications were professional and helpful. We're just so thankful they chose to work with us!
