He is also extremely intelligent and can break down the home buying process very well; I was able to get questions answered really fast and I never felt confused for more than a couple of hours. Additionally, he is very willing to show you homes, and do whatever it takes to help you find your dream home (especially if you bring him treats). Whenever a home popped up that we were interested in, he would always try to find time to meet us there. Finally, during the negotiation process, he really know what he was doing.
