Bahahdi is absolutely incredible to work with! He really takes the time to understand your needs as a buyer, and he can quickly discern what kinds of homes would be best for you. He is also extremely intelligent and can break down the home buying process very well; I was able to get questions answered really fast and I never felt confused for more than a couple of hours. Additionally, he is very willing to show you homes, and do whatever it takes to help you find your dream home (especially if you bring him treats). Whenever a home popped up that we were interested in, he would always try to find time to meet us there. Finally, during the negotiation process, he really know what he was doing. He was able to get us a good deal on the home we ended up with, and he made sure that every bit of the process was done so that we got the best possible service. I highly recommend him, and I think we got super lucky to find someone who truly had us in mind.

Hi Juan, all you need to share with your realtor is the pre-approval letter, and depending on the home you are making an offer on the sellers/listing agent will likely request a form of proof of funds.
