ZillowVERIFIEDI want to let everyone know that Audra is an amazing and dedicated real-estate agent! We had a prior agent for a year who did not do hardly anything to advertise the home, had poor communication skills & didn't do an open house or relator tour until 10 months into our 1 year contract. We switched to Audra, after 1 year with the prior agent, and it was like flipping a switch to the on position. We received amazing communication, she had great suggestions, Audra had mulriple showings of our house within a month. We only had 1 showing & one open house with the prior agent in month 11. Audra pushes the house out to advertise and was patient with us. With trying to sell the house we took what feedback we were given from those who ciewed the house and she helped us come up with a solution(s) or solve the problem. Audra was always available when someone requested a viewing. When I say always she answered and scheduled during one of her children's graduation and on 2 separate holidays! I would not expect that but it is her standard! WAY ABOVE OTHERS! If you openly communicate to her what you need to make your transistion smoother, she will do everything she can to make that happen. We finally found an amazing couple that purchased the home. I would use Audra again in a heartbeat ?? !

ZillowVERIFIED Audra went over and beyond what most realtors would do to sell my home. I was an out of town owner and she was able to facilitate so many details of preparing the home for sale. I couldnt have sold it without her!

ZillowVERIFIED Audra was my resource and guide in getting a property sold. I believe with all my heart that the house would not have sold if she hadn't been involved. Add to the fact that I wasn't a local seller but someone who lived in NC, she was more than wonderful to work with. She knows how to sell and how to negotiate. If you are fortunate to have her on your team, you will have nothing but a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Audra did a fantastic job in selling our home and helping us with purchasing land. She has all the knowledge and skill to handle any transaction with ease and professionalism. She made us feel confident in both transactions and guided us through all the steps. We never had to follow up with her as she was very communicative and as the saying goes " always on the ball". She treated us like we were family and we trusted her as such. If you are looking for a realtor I would very highly recommend calling Audra, she exceeds all expectations (in that home buying and selling can be very difficult and stressful, she made it a great experience) and truly goes above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED We took a long time to find a perfect place for our sized family and price range. Audra never gave up on us. She would make sure she took our busy schedules into consideration, even showing us a house in the late afternoon. No matter the time of day or night she was just a call away. She almost became like family as much time as we spent together. She went out of her way to research anything that we needed to know about each home. She's understanding, honest, and never pushed us to buy something that we didn't want. I'm so glad that we didn't end up buying our home from anyone else other than her. If we ever, ever, look into buying another home we will definitely go to Audra! Thank you for everything that you have done for our family it has been a pleasure working and getting to know you. You are AMAZING!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Its been over a month and I still have no regrets! Mrs. Audra was awesome through the whole process. She responded quickly, if not answer right away, anytime I tried to get ahold of her. Being a first time home buyer I had no clue how stressful house hunting could be. Mrs. Audra was always patient, professional , and very knowledgeable. I'm glad to have had her find me and my daughter the perfect home.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have Audra as our realtor. She helped us find the right house, in the right neighborhood, and for the right price. Audra helped to keep us informed, calm, and prepared at each step of the buying process. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple as possible. The best part about working with Audra was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding the right home than just simply closing the deal. I feel that Audra was honest and accessible throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Audra Padgett was absolutely incredible!! This was my first time buying a house and she guided me through each step along the way with great professionalism and finesse. The first day I contacted her about seeing a listing she had an appointment set up the following day, she gave me a list of contacts to get a hold of for me to use my VA home loan, more contacts for anything I needed for home inspections etc. and if she didnt know someone or something at the moment, you can bet she was calling me back with the answers just as soon as she had them. I really cant stress enough how awesome this woman is at her job and how much I recommend her if you are in the house hunting process at the moment. Thank you again Mrs. Audra.
