Audra was my resource and guide in getting a property sold. I believe with all my heart that the house would not have sold if she hadn't been involved. Add to the fact that I wasn't a local seller but someone who lived in NC, she was more than wonderful to work with. She knows how to sell and how to negotiate. I want to let everyone know that Audra is an amazing and dedicated real-estate agent! We had a prior agent for a year who did not do hardly anything to advertise the home, had poor communication skills & didn't do an open house or relator tour until 10 months into our 1 year contract. We switched to Audra, after 1 year with the prior agent, and it was like flipping a switch to the on position. We received amazing communication, she had great suggestions, Audra had mulriple showings of our house within a month. We only had 1 showing & one open house with the prior agent in month 11. Audra pushes the house out to advertise and was patient with us. With trying to sell the house we took what feedback we were given from those who ciewed the house and she helped us come up with a solution(s) or solve the problem. Audra was always available when someone requested a viewing. When I say always she answered and scheduled during one of her children's graduation and on 2 separate holidays! I would not expect that but it is her standard! WAY ABOVE OTHERS! If you openly communicate to her what you need to make your transistion smoother, she will do everything she can to make that happen. We finally found an amazing couple that purchased the home. I would use Audra again in a heartbeat ?? !
