ZillowVERIFIED I have been in sales my entire career and I can be critical when people fall short of expectations. We met Grayson at an open house and after talking to him for just a couple minutes we knew right away that he was a PRO . He lives on the lake full time and knew everything about the area front to back. Before we hired them we tried to buy a home and while we were trying to finalize all the details Grayson and Ashley sold it to one of their clients. We never had a chance lol! It did not take long to figure out that Grayson and Ashley are THE go to source for water front homes at Lake Anna. We decided to hire them and that was a great decision. Grayson was extremely hard-working and extremely easy to deal with. We put a contract on a new home and Grayson guided us through the dealings with the builder and helped us with negotiations. Grayson became our construction manager and oversaw the entire process. He helped with the contract, pricing, closing, change orders and everything else. We would not have bought the house without his assistance. Even after we bought the house Grayson has been amazing with his follow up and as a resource for everything we have needed for the lake. Months after we bought the home Grayson was the first person we thought about when we didnt know what county the house was in. Grayson was the first person we thought to talk to when we needed an irrigation system and a stone walkway. I dont know how many text messages, phone calls or general issues we bothered Grayson with (and it was a ton) , but every single time he came through. He followed up with every inquiry we had. We never had to chase anything down - after we gave it to him it was handled. He has literally always been there for everything we have needed - before and after we bought the home. If you want a home at Lake Anna do your self a favor and hire the Ashley Hoffman Group - they are the absolute best there is.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was fantastic. You won't find a better realtor in Lake Anna, maybe not in the entire world. She recommended a starting price range above what I thought my home was worth. We decided to start at the top of her range and my house sold in 1 day with a full price offer. I had to close in 34 days and Ashley told me to not worry, just get packed, she would take care of everything else. And she did, arranging contractors for issues found during the home inspection, a termite inspection, a septic inspection, and a closing attorney. Everything happened like it was scripted. NO DRAMA!. In 34 days. I have sold 4 other houses, all with 90 days to close, and they all had me scrambliing to resolve issues, lots of drama, and worrying. You can't find a better realtor. And she is 1 of the nicest people you will ever meet.

She took the chore and ran with it during the Covid -19 pandemic. Our market area is alot of older people who really don't come out during covid, yet somehow she kept consistant showings and offers coming throughout our process. She made it simple, she was easy to access for questions, and even took care of some small details around our house to make it sale ready. If you want someone who knows the market, knows how to get people interested, and will engage the community in the sales process to get people talking, she is the go to. I wouldn't recommend anyone else because of her experience, and the fact that she literally lives and breathes the Lake Anna Lifestyle.
