Lake Anna Island Realty

Rocco was extremely helpful with his vast knowledge of the area. He was extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He kept us updated on all activities throughout the home buying process. We recommend Rocco as a realtor for your Lake Anna property.

Rocco did a great job assisting us in finding the right property. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helped us with other resources related to the purchase of our property.

Rocco acted as a Buyer Agent for me and he did a fantastic job. I found him to be knowledgeable about the area and about real estate transactions in general. He was personable, and very responsive to questions/concerns I had. I would highly recommend him.

Working with our real estate agent, Rocco Kenny was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Last year when we first began our search, we called Ashley aEUR" RoccoaEUR~s mom aEUR" and she answered the phone from a family vacation in Italy at 10 PM. As fellow real estate agents from Pennsylvania we immediately knew these were our kind of people! This year, Rocco showed us many properties and was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly dedicated throughout the entire process. His attention to detail patience and guidance made purchasing our Lake Anna home smooth and stress-free. We always felt like a priority, and his professionalism and enthusiasm truly set him apart. We couldnt be happier with our new Lake Anna home and highly recommend Rocco Kenny and the Ashley Hoffman Group to anyone looking to buy or sell!

This past month my husband and I were able to close on our forever home aEUR" all made possible thanks to Rocco Kenny. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cared about us finding and buying the home that made us happy. The home-buying process can be so stressful, but working with Rocco made up for all of it through his consistent communication and great advice. We will absolutely be recommending Rocco to family and friends in the future!
