We were a bit nervous about selling our house, but Ariana took all the worry away and told us to focus on moving into our newly built house and on enjoying our new neighborhood. Ariana made it so easy for us; she scheduled her trusted contractors to prepare our old house to go on the market, and we really didnt have to do anything. Ariana Gillette helped me buy my first home (a condo). We initially connected over love of dog rescues, which is a good start. She was up front from the beginning about what the process would be like and explained different paperwork that I would see and what my rights were as a buyer. Ariana showed sensitivity to my current position in life when helping me search for homes. She made sure to point out locations that she thought might be concerns, safety-wise, while also pointing out good neighborhoods or places that would be dog-friendly. Ariana was helpful in evaluating the shape a condo was in, identifying what might need some work sooner or later. Once I chose the home I wanted to make an offer on, there was not much to negotiate on, but Ariana still identified some things she felt would benefit me to ask for. Throughout the process, she was easily available when needed. Ariana was great in all of these ways despite my budget being on the lower end - it was not an issue with her at all.
