Before purchasing, we look at numerous homes, looking for the one home that meets our needs. Most realtors only want to show you 3 or 4 homes and them move on, placing their wants and schedule above their clients.April is a consumate professional. Her knowledge of the area and homes available is outstanding and her skills as a negotiator to help find the best price and get you through the purchase process is beyond excellent. Most importantly, she takes time to get to know her clients and help them find the right home for them. ZillowVERIFIED I am a part-time real estate investor and had a FSBO deal fall through 2-days prior to closing. My lender informed me that if I could get under contract and close on a new investment deal within about a 2-week time frame, I would be able to recycle most of my lending file and save a ton of paperwork hassle. I contacted Realtor April Peters randomly and explained my critical timeline and provided April my desired criteria for a new potential investment property, and she immediately went to work. She was fantastic. April set up an on-line property portal for me to search and filter properties based on my criteria and she immediately started setting appointments. Each time I met April to view a property in person I was met with her handing me a print out copy of the listing. April is very organized, an extremely hard worker, understands the balance of providing me input but also listening to what I would like to see happen during negotiations. I highly recommend April to assist you in the purchase of your next home or investment property. I will use her again for sure.

Being a first time homebuyer adds a bit of stress to buying a home, but she really took the time to educate me on certain things about buying a home. She really knows her stuff, and will look out for you when it comes time for negotiations. Her responsiveness is immediate. I wish I could have the same sense of urgency that she has. Awesome real estate agent. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.
