We recommend April Peters for selling your home. We didn't know how COVID-19 has impacted the real estate industry; coupled now with inventory shortages. April was dialed in to the minute, not the hour. Waiting on a call back or text message right now from your agent- in this market!!- would have challenged us as sellers closing on offers. Great job April

April helped my husband and I find our dream home! She took the time to listen to our preferences and lined up listings based on what we were searching for. When touring properties, she gave up ample time to privately explore, and answered all questions we had. She was very responsive and professional. We love our house and will for many years to come. I highly recommend April Peters in helping you search for you home!

April is a well rounded agent. Not only is she friendly and personable but she is knowledgeable. With me being a first time home buyer,I didn't have any experience on making offers. I leaned on her frequently for her advice and guidance and she didn't let me down.

We found April by cruising houses on Zillow and accidentally coming across one of her listings. We thank the universe everyday for this! April has worked with us for years to get our old house sold and walk us step by step through a new build. She was amazing in every way possible. We would never ever dream of using someone else. 10/10!

Did great job with everything, made the whole process easy from listing to closing. Did great working around our schedual, and persistently worked to get specific papers from our old title company the we did not have but needed to sell. Would recommend to others
