Review I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but Julian absolutely deserves one. My wife and I were completely new to homebuying, but we have many friends who are realtors. Julian knew more than any of them. He kept us updated every step of the way, did all the talking when it mattered, and negotiated like a boss. He knew all about my benefits as a veteran, was transparent about everything and we had no surprises. He was incredibly easy to reach. If anything, he had a harder time reaching us than we ever had reaching him. If you have questions, he has answers. If you need something done, he knows how to get it done. Could not recommend him more highly.

Review Angelica was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond. Buying a house in the midst of COVID-19 was an absolute nightmare ?? ?? ! However, Angelica made it work, she jumped through, over, and under every block or barrier due to county or businesses for documents or inspections being closed, understaffed, or reduced hours. There were several scares during this that we thought it wasn't going to happen. But Angelica's reassuring and persistence paid off.We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
