I wasnt sure what it was I was looking for because the market seemed so daunting. She showed us plenty of homes and we finally settled on one. However, my brother became seriously ill and I was no longer able to be present for the entire purchase of my new home and was devastated that I was going to lose it especially after putting in so much work to get it ( this market is not easy). Not only did she step in my place and handle the walk through with me, but she included me in on every action item associated with the purchase and was able to allow me to feel comfortable that everything would be handled to my standard allowing me to be present for my family. Thank you Lori for not only being a an exceptional real estate agent.

She drove to more showings than I can remember all across town with no complaint, she had a super fast response time (even responded on her days off), had a ton of knowledge about the area and is overall just a pleasant person! Her availability and customer service is rated at the highest levels. Anytime we had a question, concerns, or doubts she responded immediately and investigated until she had an answer. Lori makes you feel like a best friend when going out on the field to look at homes. She doesnt pressure you, she wants you to find the home that is in your budget and in the area you dream of. Lori worked with me via email and phone calls to set up a whirlwind weekend of house visits so, ideally, I could find my home in one weekend visit....and we did it! Lori spoke to me like a family member insofar as when I asked about a few homes that I had seen online, she responded, I would to want my mother living there. It is this very personal care and concern which she continues to exhibit as I have had to lean on her for contractor referrals and other help even several years after the sale. ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing a home is very stressful, but what helped me was that Lori took the time to refer me to a Mortgage Company that made sure I was qualified. With that qualification Lori then gathered information from me. She asked me what I was wanting in a home and what area I was interested in. She did her homework, she scheduled some homes for me to look at that same weekend. I was so surprised to fall in love with the first house I saw. Not only was it in the exact area I wanted it was also in the price range I was qualified for. To be sure, we did look at all of the homes she set up for me to look at, but I was convinced and had my mind set on that first home that I saw. Lori submitted my offer that same afternoon and after only one counter offer we settled on the price. I wanted to be done with the purchase as quickly as possible, needless to say I was very anxious. She kept in touch with me and kept me informed thru every step. I was all done within the 45 days that escrow was set for and before I knew it she gave me my new keys and I got moved in. My home buying experience was very efficient. Thank you Lori. I would gladly refer you to other home buyers. I appreciate your hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED Lori is an amazing realtor. I went through three different realtors prior to her due to them not meeting my needs. When buying a house you need to feel comfortable and not pressured and Lori never pressured me into anything. She would always say "do you love it" and if my answer was well I like it, but I don't know and she would then say "if you don't love it don't get it". That would always make me feel good about my decision, not being stuck with something I didn't absolutely love. She also would tell me if I wasn't certain to think about it overnight and she would take me back to the house the next day to look at it again and maybe have a clearer decision. Most realtors don't work that way they just want to sell sell sell and rush rush rush. Lori is actually in this business to find you the house of your dreams not just to get a paycheck. At the end of closing on my house it came with a lot of pressure and extreme amounts of stress from the lender and Lori was still right by my side on all of that even though that part isn't her job. I had hiccups in my closing and would call Lori very upset and crying to her and she would help me through that part as well. I don't think I could have gotten through it without her positive attitude and guidance. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! I am a happy home owner for the past two years and owe it all to her. I'm in the house of my dreams and am so thankful she was placed into mine and my families life. I highly recommend Lori!!

When we first decided it was time to buy a home, I was absolutely TERRIFIED! Like to the point of losing sleep (my husband says I lean towards the dramatic side). We really knew nothing about buying a house. The only thing we knew was that we needed to find a fantastic realtor. A fair, honest, knowledgeable realtor who was not only about money and who would take the time to understand our family and our needs. Ta-da! We found Lori! I am still in awe that we were lucky enough to find a realtor that fit us so perfectly. Lori was amazing and was always always always available to answer all of our neurotic questions (though she swears we weren't as bad as we think we were). She was always there to walk us through each step. Once we found a home and decided it was THE ONE, Lori was able to get everything rolling quickly and smoothly. Again, she talked us through everything, explained all the details and offered her professional opinion whenever necessary. Lori was and is -to put it simply- wonderfully, amazingly, fantastically, awesomely SPECIAL. She is always available for you, not matter what time you have a question for her you can call her and she will answer or call you back. We saw many houses before this, but when she show me this house I'm new this one was the one and I'm told her, we don't let this house go and let me tell you, besides my offer, it was like twenty-five or thirty offers more. The connection between Lori and me was amazing. Also before Lori I'm had to left two agents. I'm still looking for new clients for Lori, but I'm feel can a bad because I'm didn't find the client yet but I'm keep looking for the opportunity. If any one reed this feel free to contact me and I'm will tell you more. I'm forgot to said, I'm found and bought the my home in thirty days, yes four weeks, same people look for months or years and all of this it was because of Lori. Lori more like an agent is a partner.
