I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but Julian absolutely deserves one. My wife and I were completely new to homebuying, but we have many friends who are realtors. Julian knew more than any of them. He kept us updated every step of the way, did all the talking when it mattered, and negotiated like a boss. He knew all about my benefits as a veteran, was transparent about everything and we had no surprises. He was incredibly easy to reach. If anything, he had a harder time reaching us than we ever had reaching him. If you have questions, he has answers. If you need something done, he knows how to get it done. Could not recommend him more highly.

Juliana is amazing and passionate about what she does. She was there to answer any and all questions I had throughout the home buying process. Her communication was great and reliable. Her knowledge of the area and expertise in negotiation skills made buying a home very easy. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience working with our Juliana! They made the entire selling process feel way less stressful than we expected, especially since we were on a really tight timeline. She did an amazing job getting our home out there quickly with multiple open houses, which really helped bring in interest right away. They also knew the market so well and guided us through comps and pricing in a way that made us feel confident we were making the right decisions. One of the best things was how available they were. Anytime we had a question (no matter the time of day), they were there to answer, explain things, and keep us updated. We always felt supported and never left wondering what was going on. Even when things got a little stressful or high-pressure, they stayed calm, on top of everything, and kept the process moving smoothly. We wished our 1st home buying experience with our last agent was as good as we had with Juliana. We wont be using anyone else in the future moving forward! We couldnt have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!
