She showed us house after house until we found the right one, advised us as first time buyers along the way, and was extremely responsive at all hours of the day. We will definitely be using her again when we outgrow our house. The negotiation she ended up getting us was an incredible deal in our dream neighborhood that we thought was out of reach. We had such a great experience working with our Juliana! They made the entire selling process feel way less stressful than we expected, especially since we were on a really tight timeline. She did an amazing job getting our home out there quickly with multiple open houses, which really helped bring in interest right away. They also knew the market so well and guided us through comps and pricing in a way that made us feel confident we were making the right decisions. One of the best things was how available they were. Anytime we had a question (no matter the time of day), they were there to answer, explain things, and keep us updated. We always felt supported and never left wondering what was going on. Even when things got a little stressful or high-pressure, they stayed calm, on top of everything, and kept the process moving smoothly. We wished our 1st home buying experience with our last agent was as good as we had with Juliana. We wont be using anyone else in the future moving forward!
