ZillowVERIFIED Andy was phenomenal! He was so responsive and proactive in his communication and helped us find the perfect home. We had a short timeline to find a house and move and he was instrumental in making that happen.

ZillowVERIFIED As an out of town buyer, Andy went out of his way to keep us up to date on all listings - including doing videotaping. Once the ideal property was found, Andy worked with all parties to ensure that the property closed. VERY responsive to all questions - never more than a 10 minute delay getting back even when he was very busy. Courteous and very communicative.

ZillowVERIFIED Andy Burch is the best realtor I?ve ever dealt with hands down. He goes above and beyond for his clients and made sure every concern and question I had was answered promptly. No hidden fees no loopholes no hoops to jump through. Andy made it so every aspect of the closing process was smooth. He made sure to remind of setting up any utilities and helped me with questions I had about that as well. I?m so grateful we had the opportunity to work with each other and I would recommend him to my closest friends and family. Trustworthy, honest, and caring can?t go wrong with choosing Andy Burch.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer there are many details you don?t know or even think about. Andy was so helpful explaining and asking questions we didn?t even know we had. He was always available and my first home buying was a breeze thanks to his guidance. If we move in the future, you better believe Andy will be helping us out!

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first ever home purchase, and Andy made the process streamlined and most importantly do-able. I went in with a skepticism of real estate agents much like most have with used car salesmen, especially after having bad experiences with the first couple of RE agents Zillow recommended. Andy, however, made me realize that my negative opinion was ill conceived, because he did everything he possibly could do to assist me in find a home, closing on time, and everything Im between and even factored in my very long drive from Texas to Richmond, VA to make sure everything ran smoothly and we closed on time. Thanks, Andy. Outside of just this review on Zillow, Ill gladly send co-workers to you when they move to RVA. Also my parents wanted to say thank you again.

ZillowVERIFIED Andy was very knowledgeable on neighborhoods, negotiations, construction materials, and every other question throughout the whole process. He always had an answer for our questions and if he didn?t at the moment he made sure to always follow up. We felt like we could text or call anytime for anything. He?s very personable and we never felt as if we couldn?t be ourselves and or open with our opinions and ideas. Andy was our leasing agent at our first apartment together and even back then the experience was all the same. We loved him then and love him still and will be working with him for the rest of our time here in central Virginia. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Andy was a dream. Being first time home buyers we were very nervous, especially in this market. We knew we wanted to find a house we could grow in and create a home. Andy was by our side step by step through the entire process. Andy guided us and had our backs during our search, inspections, loan process, emails and so much more. Being able to fully trust Andy, allowed us to actually enjoy the process. Now we are moving into our very own home! We couldn?t be more excited with the outcome. It was truly all thanks to Andy. Could not recommend him more!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time we bought property with Andy as our realtor. He is one of the best realtor I have had the privilege working with. He always put our needs and interests first. Andy was able to find us properties that meet our criteria and toured a lot of them. He is very proactive in answering our questions and inquiries and also provided us great comps that we used to decide on the offer price when submitting offers. Given the home shortage and the price bidding that is going on in the current market, having Andy by outside helped us check our emotions and not to get into unnecessary price bidding. He is very knowledgeable in the area and educated us on many aspects of the home buying process. Andy is the best realtor and looking forward to work with him again!

ZillowVERIFIED Andy was very knowledgeable about all points during the whole process. He always had an answer for our questions. We felt like we could text him anytime for anything. He?s very personable and quite fun! I wish we could use him again but we?re moving across the country. I would highly recommend him to anyone as an agent and honestly as a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Andy is a great realtor that goes above and beyond. He responds quick and gives detailed information about the properties. He is knowledgeable on properties. We have looked at more than 10 homes in person together before we purchased. He is honest and didn?t push us to make any purchases. He always sends detailed analysis about the homes in the area being sold or recently sold.

ZillowVERIFIED Andy was an amazing realtor, he was ready to look at houses on the weekends and made sure to send us properties that he thought were a fit. During showings he was very attentive to detail, pointed out cosmetic issues or any possible issues with professionalism and made sure we were educated and aware of the decision we were making. The process was easy and effortless, with this current market Andy was able to help us find our first home at a great value. Andy was funny, caring and kept an eye out for our wishlist. The best part was once we closed he provided us a drawing of our first home and took a picture of us. Even left a gift card. I will always speak highly of Andy and recommend him to anyone. I hope this helps, because i know he will. :)
