Andy was an absolute delight to work with. I went into the home buying process full of dread, worried it was going to be a painful process full of pushy people, and Andy showed us that it could be so much better than that. Andy was so nice from the first day we met him, always making sure to point out anything he thought we might not like about a house (like when it didn't have central air, or wasn't connected to the city's water system!), because his #1 priority was making sure we found a house we were absolutely in love with. He was always very quick to respond to our emails and get showings set up at times that worked for us. He never made us feel rushed, always assuring us that we'd find the "one" eventually. Luckily, that only took a couple of months. We felt very comfortable with him being the one walking us through the process, especially during the period from making an offer through closing. I would buy a home with him again in a heartbeat (though hopefully we won't be in the market for one for a long while!). Thank you so much, Andy!

Andy was very flexible and quick. He made all the times we suggested to go look at homes work for his schedule. He was patient with us and honest about all the homes we looked at. He also was very helpful throughout the closing process and checked up on things often.

Andy went above and beyond. He was so responsive day and night and got us through our first time home buyer experience with all the information we needed and something I expected to be severely stressful felt like a smooth stress free process. I'd highly recommend Andy to first time and experienced homebuyers!

Answered Questions

How long is a normal buyers house search agreement?

You want to be committed to the agent the same way you want the agent to be committed to you. DIscuss it with them and come up with a reasonable timeframe. Why not sign a 2 week agreement and see how it goes. Then sign a 90 day agreement and get this done.
