Andy, was very supportive of our needs, he provided the houses we wanted to view. However, we changed our direction on what we wanted and Andy adapted incredibly. This guy is real, no hidden agenda.

Heres a story about patience: Andy and I were coworkers for years before he left to become a realtor. Id been telling him for ages that wed need to move aEUR~eventuallyaEUR"and for almost two years (or longer), wed catch up over a beer, with me always saying I was almost ready to make the leap. Andy never rushed us or lost interest; he just kept showing up, staying in touch, and letting me set the timeline. When we finally decided to start looking, Andy jumped right in. He showed us a ton of houses and was always willing to schedule a showing, no matter how last-minute my requestsaEUR"usually spurred on by my unhealthy obsession with late-night Zillow searches. He walked us through every step of the process, from figuring out the right timeline to sell our old house to building a smart strategy that helped us win a bidding war on our new one. Selling our house brought its own set of unique challenges, and Andy handled every curveball with calm and professionalism. He helped us navigate some unusual circumstances, always making sure we understood each option and what to expect. Whether it was dealing with odd inspection results, coordinating tricky logistics, or just answering a million questions, Andy was on top of everything. Throughout the whole experience, Andy was patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the best possible outcome. If youre looking for someone whos in it for youaEUR"no matter how long it takes or what surprises pop up along the wayaEUR"Id recommend Andy without hesitation.

My partner and I were very fortunate to find Andy. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process of us both buying a new home and selling our existing residence. We never felt pressured or rushed, he maintained the ideal amount of regular communication and was always available when something urgent came up. Andy was also able to refer us to an excellent mortgage broker, and tapped into his network to refer us to other great folks such as the home inspector and electrician we ended up working with. His knowledge of the market and purchase/sale process was invaluable. We really can't say enough good things about him, he'll make sure you're taken care of!

Andy made selling my townhome easy and was there at every turn to answer questions and inform me about upcoming deadlines and documents. From an offer to a closing took about a month which shows how professional and easy he made things. I can't recommend Andy highly enough if you ever need a realtor.

Andy was an absolute delight to work with. I went into the home buying process full of dread, worried it was going to be a painful process full of pushy people, and Andy showed us that it could be so much better than that. Andy was so nice from the first day we met him, always making sure to point out anything he thought we might not like about a house (like when it didn't have central air, or wasn't connected to the city's water system!), because his #1 priority was making sure we found a house we were absolutely in love with. He was always very quick to respond to our emails and get showings set up at times that worked for us. He never made us feel rushed, always assuring us that we'd find the "one" eventually. Luckily, that only took a couple of months. We felt very comfortable with him being the one walking us through the process, especially during the period from making an offer through closing. I would buy a home with him again in a heartbeat (though hopefully we won't be in the market for one for a long while!). Thank you so much, Andy!

    Answered Questions

How long is a normal buyers house search agreement?

You want to be committed to the agent the same way you want the agent to be committed to you. DIscuss it with them and come up with a reasonable timeframe. Why not sign a 2 week agreement and see how it goes. Then sign a 90 day agreement and get this done.
