Andy was an absolute delight to work with. I went into the home buying process full of dread, worried it was going to be a painful process full of pushy people, and Andy showed us that it could be so much better than that. Andy was so nice from the first day we met him, always making sure to point out anything he thought we might not like about a house (like when it didn't have central air, or wasn't connected to the city's water system!), because his #1 priority was making sure we found a house we were absolutely in love with. He was always very quick to respond to our emails and get showings set up at times that worked for us. He never made us feel rushed, always assuring us that we'd find the "one" eventually. Luckily, that only took a couple of months. We felt very comfortable with him being the one walking us through the process, especially during the period from making an offer through closing.
