Andy was very experienced, he has over 30 years of experience. He was easy to reach by phone, text or email to answer our questions. Having sold a three homes within the past ten years we had many questions. The open house attracted many people and Andy choose to attend to the open house personally. The home we sold was purchased by a small business and required unique arrangements for the closing. Andy made sure he was informed of the specific requirements and shared that info with us ever step of the way. We appreciated his knowledge on financing, market swings, current local trends. He was always available and consistent. He didnt give up despite the fact that it took 6 weeks and several different locations as well as contracts on various properties before I was able to get a house I wanted.
